I’m someone who finds joy in the simple, everyday chaos of life. Most days are a mix of family time, work, and trying to keep up with everything in between — usually with a energy drink that’s gone hot somewhere nearby that I completely forgot about.
At home, I spend a lot of time with my husband and our kids. Life is busy, loud, funny, and sometimes completely unplanned in the way only families can manage. There’s always something happening, usually at full volume — kids screaming over a LEGO build or a heated debate about a game on the Switch — and I’ve just accepted that “quiet time” is more of a myth than a reality.
When I do get time to myself, I’m usually on my PC, gaming with my husband and our friends. It’s our way of unwinding… although “unwinding” is a loose term when someone is definitely blaming me for losing even though it was clearly lag.
I’m pretty down-to-earth, I love real conversations, and I tend to find humour in just about everything — sometimes intentionally, sometimes just because life is ridiculous and there’s not much else you can do but laugh.
At the end of the day, I’m just someone living a full, slightly chaotic, very loved life… and probably stepping on a LEGO at least once a day..
